John served a 20 year career as an Army Officer during which he served in a wide range of posts, including command appointments with the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers. In industry he has worked in a variety of environments and disciplines; from project leadership, programme management, technical solution delivery and business development. John has led customer engagement in Niteworks, a partnership programme between the Ministry of Defence, Defence Science & Technology Laboratories and the broad based industry team. Within BISEN, John is responsible for Programme Management Office functions including consultancy, proposal writing and business winning.
