Ernest Sisay studied electrical installation and electronics and worked in custom home electronics for a number of years before moving back to Africa to rejoin the family business in the diamond industry, Zardiam, the Finkelsteins and Jean-Raymond Boulle. Whilst working in West Africa, Ernest gained a good understanding of what it takes to grow a company from start up. Ernest has founded a UK start up in the CBD industry and is the lead consultant for BISEN for clean energy, waste disposal and the Africa market.
